The existing floor condition is assessed to identify any levelling, waterproofing or screed work required before new flooring can be installed.
We present flooring options based on your budget and design preference. Samples are reviewed and final material is approved before ordering.
A detailed Bill of Quantities is prepared covering all materials, preparation works, labour and waste allowance. No hidden costs.
Existing floor removal where required. Self-levelling compound, screed or adhesive preparation applied as per surface requirements.
