Contact Forms and WhatsApp Enquiries

Consultation, BOQ, estimate and site visit requests are also saved as an enquiry record in our website system so we can manage and follow up on your request.

If you reach our website through an advertisement or a tracked link, the enquiry record may also include basic campaign details from that link, such as the campaign source or click reference. We use this only to understand which channels bring enquiries to us.

Our enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from real visitors and not automated bots. To do this, Cloudflare processes limited technical information from your browser and device. This is used only for security and spam prevention.

When a client confirms a project with ASM Interiors by Asfar Majeed Technical Services LLC, the client understands and agrees that photos and videos of the project may be taken during progress and after completion. These photos and videos may be used for our website gallery, completed projects page, social media, proposals, marketing material, internal records and future project showcases.

We will not intentionally publish private personal information, sensitive personal details or unnecessary identifying information. Our focus is to show renovation, fit-out, joinery, finishing quality and project results.

If a client has a specific privacy concern regarding project image or video use, this must be communicated in writing before the project starts or before final handover.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry or project and comply with applicable legal obligations. Project records may be kept for a reasonable period after project completion for warranty and reference purposes.
