ASM Interiors carried out renovation works at a villa in Springs 5, Dubai. The scope covered a new custom kitchen with stone worktops, a bathroom renovation with shower glass, wardrobe joinery, internal door finishing and exterior painting.
Project Overview
The kitchen was rebuilt with custom cabinetry, a stone worktop with waterfall ends and a matching stone backsplash, finished with under-cabinet lighting and a recessed cove-lit ceiling. The bathroom was renovated with a vanity and integrated stone basin, patterned floor tiling, large-format wall tiling and a framed walk-in shower screen.
All joinery for the project, including the kitchen cabinetry and the wardrobe with its internal divisions, was manufactured in our own UAE workshop and installed by our site team. The photographs on this page are from the project itself.
Visible Scope of Works
- Custom kitchen: cabinetry, stone worktop with waterfall ends, matching stone backsplash, under-cabinet lighting and a recessed cove-lit ceiling
- Bathroom renovation: vanity with integrated stone basin, WC, patterned floor tiling, large-format wall tiling, mirror and black brassware
- Shower glass: framed walk-in screen with in-line panel
- Wardrobe joinery: hinged wardrobe with internal shelving, hanging rails and drawer units
- Internal doors: repainted and refitted with hardware
- Exterior painting: carport and porch
