Project Overview
ASM Interiors carried out the kitchen renovation and custom joinery works for a private villa in The Springs, Dubai. The project included new kitchen cabinetry using MR melamine material, coordinated countertop and backsplash finishes, improved storage planning, lighting integration, and final finishing works to create a clean and functional kitchen space.

Joinery Details
The kitchen joinery was designed around practical use, clean lines, and durable material selection. MR melamine was used for the cabinet construction to support day-to-day kitchen use, with a classy neutral finish direction selected to keep the space bright, modern, and easy to maintain.
Design and Layout
The layout is arranged around a central island with a waterfall-edge stone countertop, giving the kitchen a defined preparation and gathering area in addition to the main run of cabinetry. Continuous under-cabinet and display-shelf lighting was integrated along the upper units to keep worktops well lit and to highlight the open shelving. A single-lever mixer tap and an integrated gas cooktop with a built-in oven were fitted as part of the layout, coordinated with the surrounding cabinetry so the finished kitchen reads as one cohesive space rather than a series of separate installations.
Site Coordination
As this was a villa kitchen project, site coordination focused on access planning, protection of existing areas, delivery scheduling, installation sequencing, and careful finishing inside the occupied residential environment.
