Dubai Renovation and Custom Joinery Company
ASM Interiors, operating as Asfar Majeed Technical Services LLC, is a Dubai-based renovation, fit-out and custom joinery company. We deliver apartment renovations, villa renovations, kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, wardrobes, media walls and turnkey interior fit-out works across Dubai.
Our renovation works and joinery production are managed under one company. We operate an in-house joinery workshop where custom kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, TV walls and bespoke furniture are manufactured before site installation.
This structure gives clients one point of contact, clearer coordination, better control over finishing quality and a more organised handover process.
We work with homeowners planning apartment or villa renovations, property investors preparing units for sale or rent, interior designers coordinating fit-out works, and property developers requiring structured project delivery with documented handover.

In-House Joinery Workshop in Dubai
ASM Interiors operates a joinery workshop in Jebel Ali Industrial Area, Dubai. Our workshop supports renovation and fit-out projects with custom-made cabinetry and interior woodwork. This allows us to control measurements, material selection, fabrication, finishing and installation instead of relying fully on third-party joinery suppliers.
Joinery production is coordinated directly with the construction programme on site. If a kitchen delivery needs to align with tiling and electrical rough-in completion, that coordination happens internally within the same project team.

Our Process
How We Work
Site Visit and Scope Review
We visit the property, assess the condition, take measurements and identify any civil, MEP or structural considerations before preparing the quotation.
Measurements and Material Direction
Detailed measurements are taken. Material categories, finishes and specifications are discussed based on project requirements and budget.
BOQ and Specification Preparation
A full itemised BOQ is prepared covering scope, quantities, materials and costs. Work begins only after the BOQ is approved.
Authority and Building Coordination
Where required, we coordinate with building management, developers or authorities for access permits, NOCs or fit-out approvals.
Site Execution and Workshop Fabrication
Civil works, tiling, plastering, painting and MEP coordination proceed on site. Custom joinery is manufactured in our workshop in parallel.
Installation, Snagging and Handover
Workshop-manufactured items are delivered and installed on site. A final snagging walkthrough is completed before keys are returned and documentation provided.

Managing Director, ASM InteriorsASM Interiors is led by Ghulam Sabir, with project execution focused on clear communication, documented scope, site coordination and practical delivery. Each project is handled with attention to BOQ clarity, material selection, workshop production and final site finishing.
Ghulam is directly involved in project oversight from the initial site visit through to snagging and handover. He oversees BOQ preparation, material selection, workshop coordination and site supervision across active projects. Clients deal with him directly during the project planning phase and through key decisions that arise during execution.
