ASM Interiors delivered a coordinated apartment renovation at Opera Grand in Downtown Dubai, bringing together a two-tone kitchen, stone-led bathrooms, fitted storage and bespoke joinery within a restrained neutral palette.

The Opera Grand apartment combines warm timber tones, pale cabinetry and expressive stone details. The work was coordinated across the kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces and fitted storage so the finishes read as one interior rather than a series of separate upgrades.

Kitchen and Bespoke Joinery
The open kitchen uses a light lower-cabinet finish with darker timber upper units and tall storage. A central island provides a clear focal point while keeping the kitchen connected to the living area. Bespoke joinery continues through the apartment with fitted wardrobes, a TV wall and a compact desk-and-storage composition shaped around the available space.
Bathrooms and Material Palette
The bathrooms use bold veined stone as a controlled accent against quieter wall finishes. Glass enclosures, wall-mounted sanitaryware, arched mirrors and concealed lighting keep the rooms visually clean while giving the stone details room to stand out.
